Psalm 103:1-5

Bless the Lord, O my soul; and all that is within me, bless His holy name!  Bless the Lord, O my soul, and forget not all His benefits: Who forgives all your iniquities, Who heals all your diseases, Who redeems your life from destruction, Who crowns you with lovingkindness and tender mercies, Who satisfies your mouth with good things, so that your youth is renewed like the eagles.  (N.K.J.V.)

I’ve talked a lot about turning 40 over the last few months, and tomorrow it will be here.  However, Psalm 103:5 tells me my youth has been renewed.  I serve a God Who takes care of my every need.  God has a plan and a specific purpose for each of our lives.  It’s not always easy, but when we align our will with the will of God, we give Him room to work in us.

God is in control.  Throughout this blog, we’ve been through several nonsensical vain issues amongst some very real and deep subject matter.  The more I study my Bible, and the more I process my thoughts and emotions, I recognize with utmost certainty that no issue is too small to bring before the throne of God, and there is absolutely nothing too big that He cannot conquer.  We were meant for more than this world and our time here is precious, because we have the ability to spend it forming a relationship with Christ.

1 Corinthians 2:9

But as it is written: “Eye has not seen, nor ear heard, nor have entered into the heart of man the things which God has prepared for those who love Him.”  (N.K.J.V.)

When we love the Lord God with our entire being, His plans begin to formulate.  I love when a plan comes together!  I’m looking forward to spending the rest of my life living out the purpose God has intended for me.

If you’ve given your heart to the Lord, and you love Him with all you have within you, then you can be sure God is working for you.  He has a beautiful plan for your life.  Awake each day with new excitement, and put your hope in Him.   My prayer for you today is that you are made fully aware that you are valuable, that God hears you and is working on your behalf.  Your plan WILL come together!
