Hello, Friends. The last couple weeks have been so precarious, that I’ve not posted much about The Mercy Retreat. So today, I have a some updates.
If you don’t know, The Mercy Retreat takes place Friday, September 5-7. (The weekend after Labor Day.) We call it a retreat, but it is really more like a conference for women. It will be an intimate weekend consisting of a group of women coming together for worship, the word, and time with each other to learn more about the mercy of God in our lives.
God put this idea in my heart more than a year ago, and I am so happy to see it come to fruition. In light of my current circumstances, it won’t be easy. However, I know that God has a plan and that He expects me to live it out. So that is exactly what I intend to do.
To learn more about the event and what it includes, you can click on The Mercy Retreat at the top of the home page on this blog. You can also see the speakers and team of women who are helping to coordinate this event. If you cannot stay for the entire weekend, but would like to come for Saturday only, we have a conference pass devoted to that. It includes lunch, dinner, and all sessions with keynotes and worship on Saturday, September 6th.
Chosen is the name of the worship team who will be joining us. They are coming from Valley Forge Christian College, and let me tell you right now, you will be blessed. God has given these wonderful young people incredible musical gifts which they are willing to give back to Him through ministry.
This is a BIG ANNOUNCEMENT:
We have four rooms left unoccupied for The Mercy Retreat. They will only be available until 12:00 noon August 4th. They are available to be used for either triple, double, or single accommodations. If you would like to stay for the weekend with us, you will need to secure your room via Eventbee before the deadline. After the deadline, I am letting the available rooms go back to The Antiochian Village Conference Center to cut down on my cost.
We will still have Saturday Only Day Passes available through August 8th.
This may be your last chance to attend, and I do not want you to miss out. I promise that you will be blessed, and I know God is going to do a work in the hearts of every one of us that attend.
I hope to see you there!
Love,
Jennifer
